Maintenances

Please keep Device dry. Do not let equipment, battery charger contact water and vapor, or use wet hand to operate equipment or charger, Lest cause short-circuit, corrosion caused by equipment failure, and personnel.
Don’ t make equipment, battery and charger strongly impact or vibration. Lest cause equipment, battery and charger fault, fire or explosion.
Don’ t put this equipment, battery and charger in the too high or too low temperature region.
Otherwise you may cause equipment, battery and charger fault, fire or explosion.
Don’ t hit, throw, acupuncture the Device, and avoid drop, extrusion, bending Device.
Do not use unauthorized equipment and accessories, as the use of such items falls outside the scope of the company’s warranty.

Charge the tablet
Please use a 5V/2A charge to charge the tablet.

Description

Power on and Boot into Android

Choose Your Language

Quickly Enter the Home Screen (Skip Settings)

Factory Reset Operation
Step: System-Reset options-Erase all data (factory reset)

Setting the Display Language and Input Method

On your Android device, tap Settings.
Tap System —Languages —System Languages.
Tap Add a language and choose the language that you want to use.
Drag your language to the top of the list.

Micro SD Card Installation

Place the microSD card with the metal contacts facing down and the tablet screen facing up.
Then align the card slot and gently press the microSD card into the slot from left to right to secure it.
Use your fingernail to press slightly firmly along the edge of the microSD card, and the card will pop out.
After the microSD card is ejected, it can be pulled out along its edge.

Connection with PC

USB Connect
Use USB cable to connect device to PC, device will pop up the USB connection window, click Turn on USB storage to connect to PC.

In load mode, you can copy or delete files on the device and on the memory card.

Troubleshooting

Q1. The tablet doesn't power on.

A Reboot your tablet after charging for 30 minutes; APress the power button to check if the tablet is in the Sleep Mode; APress and hold the power button for 7-8s to turn off the tablet, then reboot it; A Press the Reset button with a pin to reboot the tablet.

Q2. The tablet doesn't charge.

Make sure the USB cable is properly plugged into the charging port; A Try another compatible USB cable and adapter.

Q3. Error message occurs during the operation.

AUninstall the App with the error message,then download and install again; APress the Reset button with a pin to reboot the tablet.

Q4. The tablet cannot be detected by the computer.

Make sure the tablet is powered on; ATry another USB cable; ATry another USB port on the computer; Alnstead of Charge this device,choose Transfer files or Transfer photos (PTP) when connecting the tablet to the computer.

Q5. The tablet cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.

A Make sure the Wi-Fi in your tablet is ON; A Make sure you input the correct password when connecting the Wi-Fi; A Restart the router A Make sure there is no filter setting or device connection limitation in the setting of the router AForget the current Wi-Fi,reset the router and connect the Wi-Fi again.
