INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR THE RAID ARMOR INSERT
We wanted our Soft Armor insert to offer nearly the same coverage the pouch itself offers so we’ve tailored the insert’s shape to be almost identical to the pouch for a snug fit with maximum coverage. Due to how Soft Amror is constructed there is extra Heat Sealed Fabric on the edges. Users will notice this extra material will inhibit the proper function of the Zipper so proper installation is required.
STEP-1: Fold over extra corner fabric and tape down tightly.
STEP-2: Fold over extra top fabric and tape down tightly.
STEP-3: Insert Armor firmly all the way to the bottom of pocket. Press corners down while pulling the zipper clear.
STEP-4: Test function of zipper. Pack pouch with desired contents & test repeatedly till satisfactory. Some break in or retaping may be required.
