Powering on & off

  1. Connect the power cable to the power port at the rear of
    Moku:Delta.
  2. Press and hold the power button for one second until the status
    LEDs begin cycling green.
  3. Once the LEDs indicate that a connection is available, your
    device is ready to use.

To power off your Moku:Delta:

  1. Press and hold the power button for one second until the LEDs
    begin cycling white, then turn off.
  2. Wait until the device is fully powered down before unplugging
    the power cable.

Installing the Moku app

Desktop app:

  1. Download the software from Liquid Instruments Website >
    Products > Software > Desktop Apps.
  2. Windows: Run the installer and follow the
    prompts to install the Moku app.
  3. Mac: Drag the icon to your Applications folder
    to install the application.

iPad app:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPad.
  2. Search for the Moku app and ensure that the publisher is Liquid
    Instruments.
  3. Download and install the app on your iPad.
  4. Launch the Moku app and grant permission to find and connect to
    devices on the local network.

Connecting to your Moku:Delta for the first time

Option 1: Ethernet

Connect your Moku:Delta to a local wired network using an
Ethernet cable.

Option 2: USB (desktop only)

Connect your Moku:Delta to the computer via a USB-C cable.

Option 3: Wireless Access Point

Plug the Wi-Fi dongle into one of the USB-A ports on the rear of
the device. Join the Wi-Fi network called MokuDelta-######, where
###### is the serial number of your Moku:Delta. The default
password is labeled as Password.

Getting started with the Moku app

  1. Launch the Moku app.
  2. Moku:Delta devices connected to your network will show up on
    the Select your device screen.
  3. Select your Moku:Delta to start using your device.
  4. Select an instrument to deploy to your Moku:Delta.
  5. To access instrument manuals, refer to the Help section on
    Liquid Instruments website.

Option 3: Wireless Access Point
Plug the Wi-Fi dongle into one of the USB-A ports on the rear of the device. On your computer or iPad, join the Wi-Fi network called “MokuDelta-######”, where “######” is the serial number of your Moku:Delta, printed on the back of the device. The default password is printed alongside the serial number and is labeled as “Password”.

Getting started with the Moku app
Once you have connected your Moku:Delta to your computer or iPad, you can start using your device.
1 Launch the Moku app.
2 Moku:Delta devices that are connected to the same network as your computer or iPad will show up on the “Select your device” screen.
3 Select your Moku:Delta to start using your device. The default name of your Moku:Delta is “Moku ######,” where “######” is the 6-digit serial number printed on the back of the device.
4 On the “Select your instrument” menu, select an instrument to deploy to your Moku:Delta.
