Product Usage Instructions
- Download and Unzip Firmware and Flash Tool

- Unzip the downloaded zip file:
After unzipping, you will see the following files:- MX3_FR_G3-V4.10-20250415
- SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1904
- Download the whole file and then unzip it! It won’t work without unzipping! If you don’t have an unzip tool, download https://www.win-rar.com/ another unzipping tool.
- How to unzip: Right mouse click on the file and select Unzip.
- Run and Configure Flash Tool
- In the Flash Tool folder, find and double-click “Flash_tool.exe” to run it.
- Note: After unzipping, the “Flash_tool.exe” file may be mistakenly deleted because it is judged as an unknown source file by the Windows Security Center or third-party security software. If so, please temporarily turn off Windows protection detection or third-party security software before unzipping. You can also set Flash_tool.exe as a trusted program in Windows protection detection or third-party security software. For win10, please visit Settings>>Update and Security>>Windows Security Center>>Virus and Threat Protection, find “Protection History”, then find “Flash_tool.exe” and restore it.
- Click the First ‘choose’ button on the right
- Go to file SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1904
- Select MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin and open it.
- Click the Second ‘choose’ button on the right
- Go to the file MX3_FR_G3-V4.10-20250415
- Select MT6753_Android_scatter and open it.
- Click and select the “Format All + Download” option in the flash type drop-down box. As shown below:
- Flash G3 player
- Click the button “Download”. The update tool will be waiting for the device to connect.
- Next, turn offthe G3 player and connect it to your computer with the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable. The update tool will automatically recognize the connected device and start formatting and updating the firmware. You can see the percentage of completion through the color progress bar below, until 100% complete.
- Flash G3 player
- In the Flash Tool folder, find and double-click “Flash_tool.exe” to run it.
Once done, the flashing tool will pop up a prompt. As shown below
Note
- Please make sure that the G3 player is turned off and then connected to the computer; otherwise, it will not be able to flash normally.
- If there is no response from the progress bar after connecting to the computer, it means that the Flash tool does not recognize the G3 player. Most cases are caused by the lack of the correct MTK USB driver on the computer.
- If you are win10 or win11, please download the following driver on your computer and try again.

- If you have other versions of Windows, please contact us for the corresponding driver.
- At this point, the firmware update is complete.

Can I use a different USB cable for the flashing process?
It is recommended to use the supplied USBA to USB-C cable to ensure a stable connection during the flashing process.
