Auto Mode: Press once to auto mode. The default time is 25mins, default brightness is in middle. Red light lasts 9 mins, yellow lasts 8 mins, blue lasts 7 mins, it will automatic shutdown if time is up.
.Manual Mode: Manual selection among red, blue and yellow light.First press COLOR for a red light, press again for blue, and third press for yellow. Meanwhile, the intensity and time both can be adjustable manually.
Intensity Control: 3 gears of brightness adjust.Default brightness is “low”,press Intensity “+” toincrease,”-” to decrease.
Timing: The default time for auto mode is 25 mins which can not be adjustable, but intensity can be increased or decreased. The default time is 5 mins for manual mode. Each press “+” to increase 5 mins and”-“to decrease 5 mins. (Note: The longest time for red light is 17 mins, for blue is 25 mins and for yellow is 20mins.
