CrossWave Cordless Max Usage Page | App Support
Note: You will need to connect your CrossWave Cordless Max to BISSELL Connect app in order to view this page, visit our App Pairing Guide for step by step instructions.
- Open the BISSELL Connect App
- Click on the hamburger menu button in the top left corner of the screen and choose your machine
- The usage page shows information of your filter, brush roll, formula, and charge of your machine
- If the machine has been used before being paired, tracking information from those previous cleans will be lost
- The first two icons indicate the filter life and the brush life
- Click on icons to reset filter and brush roll life
- Filter and brush life are based on 50 hours of cleaning and being washed every 10 hours
- Scroll below the icons for step by step instruction videos for cleaning filter and brush roll
- The formula life is based on the formula bottle in use, and filling lines on the clean water tank and User Guide
- Click the reset button on the formula life screen to reset formula life
- It is a good idea to clean your machine using the clean out cycle after every use
- For step by step directions on how to use the clean out cycle, click the clean out cycle icon
- To edit your Wi-Fi settings, Time Zone, Warranty Information, Firmware, and perform a factory reset on your machine, click the gear on the top right corner of the screen
