When should I turn on ‘Available Now’?
- When you have extra time, you can turn on ‘Available Now’ in the Amazon Flex app and accept offers that start right away.
Where should I be to receive an instant offer?
- Being near the areas reflected in the map emailed to you will improve your chances of receving instant offers. Parking at the delivery station will not increase your chances of receiving an instant offer. Parking is limimted and reserved for delivery partners actively picking up orders. Feel free to run errands or do other activities when in the area while you have ‘Available Now’ on.
What happens if I don’t accept an instant offer?
- There is no penalty for declining or ignoring an instant offer. But once you accept an offer, Amazon expects you to complete the delivery.
Will an instant offer ever overlap with a block I already have scheduled?
- Instant offers never conflict with a scheduled delivery block on your calendar. Having ‘Available Now’ turned on will not impact your ability to receive and accept block offers.
What do I do if I’m no longer available to accept instant offers?
- Simply turn off ‘Available Now” in the Amazon Flex app when you are no longer available to complete deliveries.
