Limited Warranty
Adesso provides a one-year limited warranty for all of its products against defects in material and workmanship.
During this period, Adesso will repair or replace any product which proves to be defective. However, Adesso will not waranty any product which has been subject to improper freight handling. shipping abuse, neglect, improper installation or unauthorized repair.
The warranty will not cover products installed with components not approved by Adessoand products where the sealed assembly trace has been broken.
If you discover a defect, Adesso will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to you provided you return it during the warranty period with freight charges paid to Adesso. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return MVerchandice Authorization number (RMA). This RMA # must be cleary marked on the outside of the package you are returning for warranty service. Be certain to also include your name, shipping address (no PO Boxes), telephone number, and a copy of the invoices showing proof of purchase in the package.

High-Interference Areas: Refrain from operating the drone in areas with heavy electromagnetic interference, such as near radio towers or large power stations,to maintain stable control and signal integrity.
FOR BEGINNERS:
- Operate the drone only in calm weather conditions, such as light breezes, to ensure stable and predictable performance.
- If you are new to flying drones, seek guidance from an experienced pilot during your initial flights to ensure proper handling and safety.
- This product is recommended for users aged 14 and above.

Keep the Batteries Charged:
Make sure this drone and its controller are fully charged before flying to get the maximum experience and performance.
Check for Damage: If the drone exhibits signs of damage or malfunctions during operation, immediately cease use and arrange for it to be inspected and if necessary, repaired before attempting to fly again. Prioritizing safety is of utmost importance.
Remove Batteries When Not in Use:
if the controller will not be in use for an extended period, remove the batteries prior to storage to prevent potential battery leakage or damage.
Handle with Care: Handle the controller with carefully dropping it or subjecting it to impacts, as such actions may compromise its functionality and shorten its lifespan.
Protect Your Eyes: Avoid staring directly into the drone’s LED lights for prolonged periods, as this may cause eye strain or discomfort.

Remote Battery Installation
- Use a screw driver to remove the screw and remove the remote battery cover
- Align 4 “AA” batteries in the correct orientation
- Insert the batteries into the remote and place the cover back on and use a screw driver to secure the screw into place
Charging Your Drone’s Battery
Open the drone’s battery compartment with a screw driver to remove the screw and remove the battery.
Connect the battery to the included USB cable, Then plug the USB cable into a USB charging adapter or a USB port (for best results, use a 5V, 1-2A adapter).
While charging, an LED light on the battery will illuminate and will turn off when charging is complete. Charging typically takes 60-80 minutes.
Installing Landing Legs/Landing Guards
Attach the included landing legs to the bottom of your drone. Locate the sockets on the underside of the drone and insert the landing legs as illustrated below.
To install or remove the protective rings around the rotors, align each ring and press it down in the direction indicated in the bottom-right image. Then, secure each ring with screws. Install or remove all four protective rings as a set. Do not operate the drone with only one, two, or three protective rings installed- ensure either all four are installed or none at all.
Calibrating Your Drone
To power on your drone, ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted. Once both the drone and remote control are powered on, follow the calibration steps below to prepare the drone for flight.
Calibrating Your Drone with Your Remote Controller
Turn on the remote control’s power switch. The drone’s body light will illuminate once the remote control successfully pairs with it.
Important Note: Follow the frequency alignment steps carefully to avoid connection or control issues.
Troubleshooting: Drone Calibration
If your drone is not responding correctly to commands from the remote control,it may require recalibration. To recalibrate, simultaneously push both the left and right control sticks downward and to the right for a few seconds. The drone’s lights will start flashing. Keep holding the control sticks until the flashing lights turn solid.
Flying Your Drone
Pre-Flight Preparation
If you are new to drones or lack experience as a pilot, carefully read these instructions before attempting to fly. Familiarize yourself with all the controls,and if needed, review the instructions multiple times. Practice operating the remote control until you feel fully confident and prepared.
Place the drone in a clear, open area, ensuring it rests on a stable, flat surface. Practice using the throttle stick and directional control stick as described below. Simulate operating the remote control and both sticks to become comfortable with the natural movements required during flight. This practice will help you respond more quickly to unexpected situations.
Speed Adjustment
Your drone offers three-speed settings: Low, Medium, and High. To adjust the flight speed,press the Speed button located on the left side of the remote control.
360° Flips
While flying, set the speed to high, then press the 360° Flip button to perform exciting flips with your drone.
Adjusting the Trim
Press the trim buttons to make small adjustments to the drone’s tilt. Adjust the trim as needed to correct the drone’s orientation and keep it level.
One Key Return
Once your drone is unlocked, press and hold the One Key Return button for about 3-5 seconds, and the drone will gradually return to the ground.
Headless Mode
Headless mode lets you fly your drone without concerning yourself with its orientation. No matter which direction the drone is facing, this feature ensures the drone will always respond to the controls from your perspective.
To activate Headless mode, stand in front of your drone before takeoff and press the Headless mode button on your remote control.
Propeller Blade Installation
To replace the propeller blades, use a screwdriver to twist the screw counterclockwise and remove it. Position the new propeller blade according to the illustration below. Then, twist the screw clockwise to secure the propeller blade in place.

Scan the QR code below to download the app according to your Operating System . - Add the Drone
Power on the drone, then manually connect your mobile device to the WIFI hotspot named “Adesso CyberDrone Xl” (no password required). Press Start on the App to begin using the drone. - 0peration Mode
Access the operation interface to explore the functions of each button, as shown in the below figure. - Main Interface
The main interface includes options such as take a photo, record video, flip camera, gesture, filter, stored footage/pictures as shown in the below figure. - Gesture Recognition
Activate the gesture recognition via the playback interface.
Gesture Photo: Stand approximately 6 1 /2 feet in front of the drone’s camera. Raise one hand (palm facing forward) flat at your side. After recognizing the gesture, the drone will initiate a 3 second countdown and then take a photo (you can lower your arm afterwards). Refer to Figures 4 and 5. (Note: a time interval of at least 3 seconds is required between consecutive gestures).Gesture Video: Stand approximately 6 1 /2 feet in front of the drone’s camera. Clench your fist (palm facing forward) and hold it flat at your side. The drone will recognize the gesture and begin recording after a 3 second countdown (you can lower your arm afterward). To stop the video, repeat the first gesture. Refer to figures 6 and 7.
(Note: Palm detection is disabled during video recording). - Music Recording
Tap the music icon to access the music library. Select background music and click Use to return to the control interface, where the music will play during recordings. - Manual Focusing
Press and hold the trackball on the far left of the control interface, then slide to adjust the image focal length (1 x-SOx digital magnification):- lx: Default image size with focus adjustment off.
- 5Ox: Maximum focal length with SOx zoom.
During video recording, adjust the focus manually by sliding the trackball up or down.
- Special Effects and Filters
To apply filters:
Tap the filter icon on the control interface to access the filter menu.
Choose from a variety of filter options.
Tap the exit icon again to exit the filter menu and return to the main interface.
Note: Only one mobile app can connect to the drone at a time!
