3. Operation Instructions
03-1 Basic Functions
Function | Operation |
---|---|
Switch on | Press and hold the Power button for two seconds. |
Switch off | Press and hold the power button for two seconds when the device is on. |
Detect a label | Press the power button once when the device is on. |
Print a test page | Double-press the power button when the device is on. |
03-2 Fitting Paper
- Press and hold the Power button for two seconds to turn on the printer. Press the Open Slide on the right to open the paper compartment.
- Push the paper compartment baffle to the sides, and fit the label paper into the paper compartment with the print side facing down. Danger! Beware of the Tear-off blade when the paper compartment is open. The print side must face down.
- Push the paper compartment baffle inwards to secure the label paper. Pull the first paper out, making sure it sticks out of the paper exit.
- Close the paper compartment. The printer will automatically detect the label paper and return a label to the paper compartment.
4. Installing App
04-1 Download App
Before using the printer, please install the FlashLabel Pro app from the App Store or Google Play. You can also scan the QR code below to install the FlashLabel Pro app.

On the Home of the FlashLabel Pro app, you will get thousands of templates after tapping 'Template'.
5. Connecting and Printing
- Open the app and turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Ensure the printer is turned on.
- On the Home screen, tap the connect button, then select the printer and click the Connect button. Notice: If a PIN code is required, input 0000 or 1234.
- After connecting, tap '+' to create a new label, or tap 'Template' on the Home tab to enter the label editor.
- After editing, click the 'Print' button in the top right corner to preview and print labels.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
06-1 Charging
- For protecting battery life, charging while printing is not recommended.
- When the battery is low, the indicator light will be red. If you continue to print with low battery, the printer will be turned off automatically. Please charge the battery to continue printing.
- The battery needs 2.5-3 hours to be fully charged.
- At least charge the battery once every 2 to 3 months to ensure its normal function.
- If the device cannot be turned on, please charge for at least 1 hour.
- Charging with more than 5V voltage will damage the printer.
To charge the printer, connect the USB cable to the Type-C Port and a power adapter (purchased separately). [Image showing charging setup]
06-2 Cleaning Print Head and Roller
Please clean the print head and roller if one of the following situations occurs:
- Poor printing.
- Noise during printing or paper rolling.
- Foreign objects on the print head.
Clean the print head and roller in the following procedures:
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the paper compartment and find the print head. Wait for the print head to cool down completely if you have recently printed. [Image of print head location]
- Rotate the roller by hand and use an alcohol cotton swab (should be dry) to wipe the dust and stains off its surface.

- Wait for at least 5 minutes for the alcohol to fully evaporate, then fit the label paper and close the paper compartment.
Notices:
- Make sure the printer is turned off during cleaning.
- Avoid touching the print head with your hand or any metal objects.
- Do not scratch the surface of the print head / roller / sensor with tools such as tweezers.
- Do not use acetone, gasoline, or other organic solvents to clean the print head and the roller.
- Turn on the power to continue printing until the alcohol completely evaporates.
- Always keep the surface of the print head / roller / sensor clean.
06-3 FAQs (Frequently-Asked Questions)
- Q: Do I need to enable permission to obtain location information?
- A: Due to Android system's requirement, you need to enable location to turn on the Bluetooth.
- Q: What is the PIN code?
- A: Most default PIN codes are 0000; under special circumstances, you can try 1234.
- Q: What to do if the printing is poor or small?
- A: 1. Clean Print Head and Roller. 2. Replace with good quality label paper. 3. Check if the size of the label paper fits the templates in the App. If you create a new label, the size of the label you created must be the same as the label paper.
- Q: Why print blank?
- A: Make sure the print side of the label paper faces down. You can try to change the direction of the label paper roll.

8. Safety Precautions
*Warning
- [No Disassembly Symbol] Don't disassemble the product without authorization. Disassembled products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- [No Open Flame Symbol] Do not use the product near places with flammable products such as gas stations or fuel depots.
- [No Corrosive Symbol] Do not wipe the product with corrosive chemicals or cleaning agents.
*Safety and Precautions
- There is a built-in lithium battery; please do not use it in an environment with a temperature higher than 40°C. Keep away from fire and other heat sources, and do not place it in the hot sun, such as a closed car.
- Children should be charged and used under the supervision of adults. After full charge, please make sure to pull out the charging line in time to prevent overheating, short circuit, or fire.
- Working environment: 0°C-40°C ambient temperature, relative humidity 30%-85% RH (non-condensing environment). Please do not exceed the recommended temperature range.
- If you suspect that there is a problem with the battery, please contact the after-sales service center for assistance.
