Usage Recommendation:

To see visible results, it is suggested to use the LX16 Red Light Therapy Belt 2-3 times a week for 10-15 minutes per session. However, the frequency and duration may vary depending on the individual and the body condition. Consistency and patience are important factors in achieving desired results with red light therapy.

Before Using Your Therapy Belt

1. After unpacking, check the integrity of the device and accessories for any damages.
2. Connect the remote control cable to the belt, then connect the power adapter to the remote cable and plug it into a standard wall outlet. Alternatively, use the USB cable with a 5V -3A or 5V 4A USB charging adapter or a 5V power bank (placeable in the belt's front pocket). Warning: Do not use with a 12V USB charging adapter.
3. Position the belt on your waist. Use the included extra strap if needed for a better fit.
4. Power on the device and adjust settings on the remote as needed.
5. Always power off the device after each use. Do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes and wait at least 2 hours before subsequent use.
6. While primarily designed for the waist and lower back, the belt can also be used on the upper back, shoulders, arms, legs, hips, or feet. Important: Do not use or wrap the belt around your head or neck. Indoor use only.

Safety Precautions

Operate the device sensibly and with care to ensure an exciting, safe, and relaxing experience. Failure to operate in a safe and responsible manner may result in property damage and serious injury. Follow all instructions and precautions.

1. Ensure secure connections between the belt, remote, and power adapter.
2. Use only recommended, certified AC Adapters or USB charging adapters/external batteries; otherwise, it could cause a fire.
3. Keep liquids away from the device to prevent spills and damage.
4. NEVER operate the device if the cord or plug is damaged.
5. Do not leave the product unattended when plugged in. Unplug when not in use.
6. Do not operate after taking painkillers, sedatives, or alcohol.
7. Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use.
8. Do not carry the product by its supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
9. Keep cords away from heated surfaces.
10. Keep dry: DO NOT operate in wet or moist conditions, as this can cause electric shock or malfunction.
11. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit, charging cord, or remote, as this voids the warranty.
12. Never use the device or plug/unplug power cables with wet hands.
13. Do not wear jewelry while using the device.
14. If you have medical conditions such as diabetes, inflammation, blood clots, have recently had surgery, are pregnant, or have heart disease or osteoporosis, consult your doctor before use.
15. Never use the device for more than 30 minutes in a row.
16. Never cover the therapy belt while using it, as this may result in overheating.
17. Never use the therapy belt in a wet/humid room, high temperatures, or near corrosive gas.
18. Turn off the device after use.
19. Use the device only for its intended purpose.
20. Use good common sense at all times.

Never leave the appliance unattended, especially if children are present. Limit use to 15-minute sessions, no more than an hour (60 minutes) consecutively.

This therapy belt is capable of extreme performance. Responsibility, maturity, and common sense are required. Treat the model with respect and caution for safety. Operating in a careless, unsafe manner can result in serious injury or death.

• BEFORE charging: ALWAYS confirm charger/plug settings match recommended specifications.
• If the belt gets too hot, remove it immediately and unplug the power adapter.
• Do not allow small children to charge the therapy belt.

POWER BUTTON

POWER ON: Press the power button to turn on the remote; the belt will start to work.

When the unit turns on, the display shows default settings. Press the settings button to cycle through programs: Timer, Mode, Brightness, Frequency, and Pulsed Light.

Press the '+' or '-' buttons to select program modes, adjust time, brightness, and frequency levels, and toggle the pulsed light function.

MODE: The belt has 3 modes:

1. RED&NIR Mode: All LEDs (210 NIR, 105 RED) are active for maximum benefit.
2. NIR Mode: Near Infrared light (invisible) penetrates deeper tissues to help decrease inflammation and relieve muscle pain.
3. RED Mode: Red lights stimulate acupressure points, improve blood circulation, and aid in skin condition repair.

BRIGHTNESS: Light intensity from 1-100%. Higher brightness means higher temperature.

FREQUENCY: Adjustable from 1 Hz to 1000 Hz. Different frequencies stimulate different brain states.

PULSED LIGHT: Toggles the LED blinking function. Turning it ON can lessen heat if the belt feels too warm.

Care, Maintenance & Cleaning Instructions

Wash and dry hands before use. Use the belt over clean clothes or skin to maintain surface cleanliness.

• Do not immerse the unit in any liquid.
• Keep away from solvents and harsh detergents.
• After use, wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth and store in a cool, dry place.
• Never use abrasive cleansers or submerge in water or other liquids. This device cannot be sterilized by liquid or autoclave.
