Operating Instruction
Weight Calibration
Perform weight calibration before each weighing session to ensure accurate results. Use the provided 200g calibration weight.
- Place the tester horizontally on a stable surface.
- Dzvanya uye ubate iyo "Species" bhatani uchidzvanya iyo "On/Off" button once. The device will emit a beep.
- Sunungura iyo "Species" button. The display will first flash "0g", then flash "200g", indicating it is in weight calibration mode.
- Place the 200g calibration weight onto the designated area of the machine. The device will automatically calibrate and then shut down.

- Press the "ON/OFF" bhatani rekusimbisa pane mudziyo.
- Shandisa iyo "Species" button and arrow buttons (up/down) to select the appropriate grain type for measurement. The display will show the selected species code.
- Install the measuring funnel onto the device.
- Pour the grain sample into the funnel. Ensure the sample is representative and fills the funnel appropriately.
- Activate the funnel switch to allow the grain to drop into the tester.
- The device will automatically begin measurement. View the data (moisture, weight, density, temperature) on the LCD display within approximately 10 seconds.

Maintenance
- Kuchenesa: After each use, especially after measuring dusty grains, use the provided small brush to clean the grain funnel, dropping bucket, and measurement sensors. Ensure no grain residue remains inside the device.
- Kuchengeta: Store the moisture meter in its portable aluminum case in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Kutsiva Bhatiri: If using AA batteries, replace all four batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display to ensure consistent performance.
- Calibration Weight: Keep the 200g calibration weight clean and free from damage. Store it securely in the case.
