Product Overview

The iView Picasso is a Smart Art Printer designed for creating custom designs on beverages. The device features a touch screen for operation and control.

Front View: The front of the device displays a touch screen, an operating light, and a tray where the beverage cup is placed.

Back View: The back of the device includes the Picasso Replacement lid, a power switch, and a power port for connection.

Preparation and Setup

Please complete the following steps before using the machine:

  1. Step 1: Initial Setup Open the Picasso Lid and unscrew the locking rod from its place on Position A. Then, screw the locking rod into Position B.
  2. Step 2: Power and Cartridge Installation Insert the Picasso cartridge into the cartridge slot. Plug the device into an electrical socket and power it on by pressing the power switch located on the back of the device.
  3. Step 3: Accessing Settings With the device powered on, the touch screen will boot up. Click on the Settings ⚙️ icon located on the top-right corner of the touch screen.
  4. Step 4: Wi-Fi Connection In the settings menu, select "Wi-Fi Settings" and connect the device to your Wi-Fi network.
  5. Step 5: Pairing with Smartphone App Return to the Settings menu. You will need an app with a QR scan function, such as WeChat. Use this app on your smartphone to scan the QR code located at the bottom-right of the touch screen. This action will open the Picasso App on your smartphone.

Usage

You can select images from the device's gallery or upload your own custom images.

Selecting an Image from the Gallery

Choose "GALLERY" to browse through various categories (e.g., Cartoon, Festival, Merry Christmas, Funny, Happiness) and select a pre-designed image. You can rotate the image as needed. After selecting, tap "NEXT" and then "CONFIRM" to upload the chosen image to the device.

Uploading an Image

Choose "UPLOAD" to select a picture from your phone's photo gallery or to take a new photo using your phone's camera. After capturing or selecting a photo, you can adjust and center it. If you are satisfied, select "USE PHOTO". Then, tap "NEXT" and "CONFIRM" to upload the image to the device.

Printing Picture

Once an image is uploaded or selected from the gallery, it will be displayed on the touch screen. Select the desired image to print. You can adjust its brightness, contrast, and size. Place your beverage (hot or cold) onto the center of the tray, ensuring the foam surface is flat and even to prevent image distortion. Press "MAKE" when you are ready to print.

Maintenance

1. Replace Picasso Cartridge

Each Picasso cartridge can print approximately 800-1000 cups. Store refill cartridges in a dry, cool area before opening. Once opened, a cartridge typically lasts up to 3 months. To replace, remove the old cartridge from the slot and insert the new replacement cartridge.

2. Cleaning the Device

Wipe down the tray and touch screen when the device is no longer in use.

About SN of Cartridge Box

Each refill cartridge has a serial number (SN) that MUST be paired with the Picasso printer before use. Once paired, the SN becomes invalid and cannot be used on any other printer. After 6 printouts, a reminder will appear prompting you to pair a new cartridge. Locate the SN on the top of the refill cartridge (shown in diagram) and input it into the "INPUT NEW SN" section on the device's screen, then tap "OK" to activate. For optimal performance, replace refill cartridges every six months.

Special Instructions

Transportation

  1. Before transporting, unscrew the locking rod from Position B back to Position A.
  2. Provide cushioning when storing the device to avoid any damage during transport.

While in Use

  1. If the printer starts making unusual noises, power off the device immediately.
  2. If there are issues with printing quality, power the device off, remove the Picasso, and gently clean the spray head with tissue, or ensure the cartridge is properly inserted into the cartridge slot.
  3. Make sure the cup is placed in the center of the tray to ensure printing quality.
  4. Avoid touching any moving parts as it may affect printing quality.
  5. Make sure the device is placed on a flat, level surface.

Power Supply

  1. Avoid bending or twisting the power cable.
  2. When disconnecting the cable from the device, firmly grab and pull from the connector, not the cord itself.
  3. Use only the provided power cable; using another could short out and ruin the device.
  4. Consult a certified technician for device maintenance.
  5. If the power cable is lost or damaged, contact your vendor for a replacement.
  6. Power off and disconnect the power cable when cleaning the device.

Restrictions in Use

To prevent device damage and electrical shock, avoid placing the device in the following locations:

  1. Unstable surfaces, or places where the device can fall or spill liquid.
  2. Extreme temperatures or places with high humidity.

Basic Warranty Statement

This product is warranted to the original purchaser ONLY, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for 12 months parts and labor from the date of original purchase. iView agrees under the warranty period to replace the product if it is determined to be defective at "No Charge". This limited warranty does not cover any loss or damages that occur as a result of:

Please note that to have your merchandise repaired and replaced under warranty, you must contact iView customer service representatives by phone or email and get an RMA number.

To obtain factory service, the original purchaser MUST present the following:

  1. A sales receipt/proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase.
  2. Your name, place of purchase, address, unit model, and description of the problem.
  3. Send the unit pre-paid to the address below in the original packaging or a reasonable substitute to prevent damage. No return will be shipped back to a PO BOX.
  4. All of the accessories that came with the product package must be sent along with the main unit.
  5. Please include your check or money order in the amount of $60.00 to cover handling and return shipping charges; iView will not be responsible for delays or unprocessed claims resulting from the purchaser's failure to provide any or all of the necessary information.
  6. There is an Additional Shipping Charge for areas outside of the United States. For shipping charges, please consult with customer service.
