- Slot 1 (Coarse - Diamond): For quickly setting the edge on dull or damaged knives. This slot uses monocrystalline diamonds.
- Slot 2 (Fine - Ceramic): For fine honing, polishing, and removing burrs from already sharp edges. This slot uses pure ceramic wheels.
- Slot 3 (Scissors - Tungsten Carbide): Features a specialized tungsten carbide blade for sharpening scissors.

4. Nastavitev

Sharpening Process for Knives:
- Hold the sharpener firmly on a stable surface with one hand.
- Insert the knife blade into Slot 1 (Coarse - Diamond) at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener.
- Pull the knife blade through the slot towards you, applying light downward pressure. Repeat this motion 3-5 times.
- Next, insert the knife blade into Slot 2 (Fine - Ceramic).
- Pull the knife blade through this slot towards you, applying very light downward pressure. Repeat this motion 3-5 times to refine the edge and remove any burrs.

6. Operating Instructions: Scissors
The SHARPAL 192H can also sharpen household scissors. Sewing scissors are excluded.

Sharpening Process for Scissors:
- Hold the sharpener firmly on a stable surface.
- Open the scissors and insert one blade into Slot 3 (Scissors - Tungsten Carbide).
- Pull the scissor blade through the slot towards you, applying light downward pressure. Repeat this motion 3-5 times for each blade.
- Repeat for the other scissor blade.
- After sharpening, carefully wipe the scissor blades with a damp cloth to remove any metal residue.

7. Vzdrževanje
