5. Secure the CBU to the pedestal using the provided bolts and fasteners. Tighten all connections securely.
6. Install the decorative pedestal cover and decorative CBU top according to the specific instructions provided with those components.

3.4 USPS Access Lock Installation

The U.S.P.S. master lock access door is designed for a lock provided and installed by the U.S. Postal Service. Contact your local postmaster to arrange for the installation of the U.S.P.S. access lock. Salsbury Industries does not provide this lock.

• Each tenant compartment is individually numbered and secured with a key.
• To access your mail, insert your key into the lock and turn to open the compartment door.
• Close the door firmly after retrieving your mail to ensure it is securely locked.

• The CBU includes a dedicated slot for outgoing mail.
• To send outgoing mail, lift the flap of the "Outgoing Mail" slot and place your mail inside.
• Ensure the flap closes completely to protect your mail.

4.3 Parcel Lockers

• The CBU is equipped with two parcel lockers for larger packages.
• When a package is delivered to a parcel locker, the mail carrier will place a key for the locker in your individual mail compartment.
• Retrieve the parcel locker key from your mail compartment.
• Use the key to open the designated parcel locker, retrieve your package, and then return the key to the parcel locker lock. The key will remain in the lock for the next carrier to retrieve.
