- LEDs: Utilizes one XHP70 neutral white LED and two Luminus SST20 warm white LEDs, each with a 50,000-hour lifespan.
- Operation: Features a rotary switch for mode selection and an electronic switch (Switch A) for output selection within modes. A separate switch (Switch B) on the battery case controls the red light.
- Battery Case: Quick-release, large-capacity battery case with a red light function and power bank capability.
- Intelligent Functions: Includes intelligent brightness downshifting (proximity sensor) to prevent overheating at close range, intelligent overheat protection, and a low-voltage warning.
- Durability: IP66 rated for dust and water resistance, with 2-meter impact resistance.
- Charging: Features an inner waterproof USB Type-C charging port, supporting PD3.0/2.0 fast charging up to 27W.
- Dimensions: Headlamp (including mount): 94.1 × 48.7 × 57.4 mm. Battery case (including mount): 95.3 × 40 × 55.8 mm.
- Weight: 433 g (including batteries and headband).
Modes and Operation
The headlamp offers three primary lighting modes: Spotlight, Floodlight, and Spot-and-Floodlight. Each mode has multiple brightness levels (Low, Medium, High, Turbo).
- On/Off: Turn the rotary switch clockwise from the OFF position to turn on, and counter-clockwise to the OFF position to turn off.
- Mode Switching: Rotate the rotary switch to cycle through OFF ⇋ Spotlight ⇋ Floodlight ⇋ Spot-and-Floodlight.
- Output Selection: Within any active mode, single-click Switch A to cycle through brightness levels: Low → Medium → High → Turbo.
- Red Light Mode (Battery Case): Press and hold Switch B for 0.5 seconds to turn the red light on/off. Single-click Switch B to cycle between Red flashing (5 lumens) and Red constant-on (20 lumens).
- Intelligent Memory: The headlamp automatically memorizes the last used output level for each mode and recalls it upon the next activation.
Intelligent Functions
- Brightness Downshifting: If the headlamp is brought within approximately 60 mm (2.36 inches) of an object for over 1 second, it will automatically reduce brightness to the Low output to prevent overheating or damage. When the headlamp is moved away for over 1.2 seconds, it returns to the previously used brightness level. This function can be enabled or disabled by holding Switch A for 6 seconds when the lamp is off (2 flashes indicate enabled, 8 flashes indicate disabled).
- Overheat Protection: The headlamp automatically reduces output when its temperature reaches 55°C (131°F) or higher to prevent overheating. Output gradually returns to the preset level as it cools down.
- Low-Voltage Warning: When the battery voltage drops below a preset level, the headlamp will downshift to lower brightness levels. If this occurs at the Low output, the headlamp will flash to remind the user to recharge the battery.
Charging and Power Bank
- Charging: Uncover the anti-dust cap on the battery case, connect the USB Type-C cable, and plug it into the port. LED indicators show charging status (flashing left-to-right). Four solid LEDs indicate a full charge. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The headlamp can be used while charging.
- Power Bank: Use the USB Type-C port to charge external devices. LED indicators flash right-to-left during discharge. The battery case stops discharging if the voltage drops below 6.1V. Supports PD3.0/PD2.0 fast discharge up to 20W. The headlamp can be used while discharging.
- Battery Level Indication: With the lamp off, single-click Switch B to check the battery status. Four lights: 100%-80%, Three lights: 80%-60%, Two lights: 60%-40%, One light: 40%-20%, One flashing light: 20%-1%. Indicators turn off after 3 seconds or upon a second click.
Usage and Maintenance
- Safety Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Do not shine directly into eyes. Avoid pointing at flammable objects. Do not use in inappropriate ways. Be aware of heat buildup. Turn off when storing or transporting.
- Maintenance: Do not disassemble sealed parts to avoid damage and voiding the warranty. Unplug cables during storage to prevent accidental activation. Recharge stored headlamps every four months to maintain battery performance. If the light flickers or fails to illuminate, recharge the battery case. Contact the distributor if issues persist.
