Safety Caution

BEFORE ASSEMBLY

• Layout all components and hardware. Check all parts are included and undamaged.
• Should anybody intend to install or use this TV stand, please read and understand this manual carefully.
• If you do not understand these instructions or have any doubt about the safety instructions, assembly or use of this product, please contact MOUNTUP customer service.

WARNING

• This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed.
• KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.
• Improper installation, such as using the product for monitors over its load capacity or for any purpose not explicitly specified, may cause damage or serious injury. MOUNTUP is not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper mounting or inappropriate use.

CAUTION AND MAINTENANCE

• Never allow children to climb, stand, hang, or play on any part of TV or stand.
• This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.
• Check that the bracket is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months).

Hardware (TV): Various Philips screws (M6x15mm, M6x30mm, M8x15mm, M8x45mm, M8x65mm), Washers (Φ5 / Φ8), and Spacers (H5mm, H10mm) are provided for TV mounting. Note: Not all hardware included will be used.

Installation Tools (Not Included): Screwdriver, Bubble Level.

Additional Materials: 2m Band Tape.

Product Dimensions

The stand offers adjustable height and tilt/swivel capabilities. Key dimensions include:

• Overall Height Range: Approximately 541.5mm (21.32") to 751.5mm (29.59") depending on pillar configuration.
• Max TV Size: 600mm (24") width, 400mm (16") height.
• Min TV Size: 150mm (6") width, 100mm (4") height.
• Tilt Adjustment: +8° to 0°.
• Swivel Adjustment: +25° to -25°.
• Specific measurements for pillar height options, bracket placement, and base dimensions are detailed in the original diagrams.

Installation Steps

STEP 1: Attach the Brackets to TV

1-1 & 1-2 Select TV Screw Length: Thread screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your TV. Choose the screw diameter (M6 or M8) and length that fits securely without bottoming out. Visual examples illustrate "Too Short", "Correct" [correct fit], and "Too Long" screw fits.

1-3 Attach the TV Brackets: Mount the TV Brackets (Part 4) to the back of the TV using the selected screws and any necessary spacers or washers. Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly, typically with an "UP" indicator pointing upwards [arrow pointing up]. An incorrect orientation is marked with a cross [❌].

STEP 2: Support Pillar Installation

Connect the two Support Pillars (Parts 2 and 3) using 4x Bolts (E) and the 4mm Allen Key (K1). Attach the assembled pillars to the Base (Part 1) using 4x Bolts (A) and Washer (B). Ensure the clip holes on the support pillar face the backside. Secure with the Plastic Cover (F).

STEP 3: Apply Foot Pads to the Base

Place the Base (Part 1) on a flat surface. Tear off the protective film from the Foot Pads (Part I) and attach them to the four corners of the Base's bottom surface.

STEP 4: TV Plate Installation

4-1: Connect the TV Plates (Part 5) to the Connecting Plate (Part 6) using 8x M5 Bolts (J1), Washers (J2), and Nuts (J3), tightened with the Socket Wrench (K3).

4-2: Connect the assembled TV Plate Unit to the Angle Adjuster (Part 7) using 4x M6 Bolts (C1) and Nuts (C2), tightened with the Wrench (K2).

4-3: Attach the TV Plate Component (which includes the Angle Adjuster) to Support Pillar 2 using 4x Bolts (D1) and Washers (D2), tightened with the 4mm Allen Key (K1). Ensure the "UP" arrow indicator on the TV Plate Component is pointing upwards [arrow pointing up].

STEP 5: Attach TV with Brackets to TV Plate

Choose one of the three height adjustment positions on the Support Pillar. Hang the TV, with the attached brackets, onto the TV Plate. Secure the TV by placing the Safety Lock (Part G) in position and tightening its fixing screw.

STEP 6: Cable Management

Attach the Wire Clips (Part H) into the designated holes on the Support Pillars (Parts 2 and 3). Route and secure cables using these clips for a tidy setup.

STEP 7: Adjustments (If necessary)

Tilt Adjustment: Slightly loosen the tilting nuts with the Wrench (K2). Hold the TV with both hands and adjust it to the desired tilt angle (between +8° to 0°). Retighten the nuts to secure the TV. If the TV sags or does not stay in place after adjustment, contact customer service.

Swivel Adjustment: The stand allows for swivel adjustment up to +25° to -25°.
