Dual Mains Outlets and Qi Wireless Charging
The ChargePort Pro Universal features two universal mains outlets, rotated for maximum flexibility, capable of supplying a total of up to 10A. The top surface includes an integrated 10W Qi wireless charging pad. Simply place your Qi-compatible smartphone on the pad to initiate charging.
USB Charging
Dual USB-C outlets provide charging for smartphones, tablets, and laptops with up to 45 watts (shared). Additionally, a USB Type-A port is available, supporting 5V at up to 2.4A (12 watts), suitable for charging smartphones and tablets.
Flying Socket for Power Cable
An inline C14 socket on a 2 ft (0.61 m) flying lead allows for easy connection to a suitable power cable.
Security Options
For enhanced security, options include a lanyard, adhesive pad, or a cable clamp. A security bracket is also available at an additional cost.

Important Safety Instructions
- Read and follow all instructions and heed all warnings before installation. Keep these instructions for future reference.
- This equipment is designed for indoor use only.
- Ensure the mains plug used to disconnect the equipment from its power source is readily accessible.
- Ensure power cords are uncoiled before installation.
- Protect power cords from being walked on or pinched, especially at plugs, receptacles, and where they exit the equipment.
- The power cord must be plugged into a mains socket outlet with protective earthing.
- The maximum distance to the receptacle is determined by the length of the provided cord.
- Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Servicing is required if the equipment has been damaged in any way. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
- Unplug this equipment during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
- The wireless charger may become slightly warm during use, which is normal.
- The wireless charger will not charge devices that do not conform to the Qi specification.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the grounded plug. If the provided plug does not fit your outlet, consult a qualified electrician.
- Do not install or use this equipment near water.
- Do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture.
- Do not expose to dripping or splashing. Do not place liquid-filled objects, such as vases, on the equipment.
- Do not install near heat sources like radiators, convection heaters, or other heat-producing apparatus (e.g., amplifiers).
- Do not install in locations exposed to extended direct sunlight.
- Do not exceed the maximum load of 10 amps.
- Do not use the wireless charger with non-Qi Certified devices.
- Do not use corrosive, abrasive, or solvent-based cleaners on the product.
- Do not attempt to disassemble this product, as it may result in short circuits or damage.

Installation
Before starting installation, ensure you have read and understood the "Important Safety Instructions". The ChargePort Pro must be sited so that the power outlet can be reached with the provided cord without modification.
Decide which security option(s) to use, if required.
Cable Clamp Installation
Place the cable clamp over the mains fly lead and secure it with screws to a suitable surface. Ensure there is sufficient slack in the cable for it to reach the mains outlet easily. Verify screws are clear of the cable before tightening. Do not overtighten.

Adhesive Pad / Mounting Plate Installation
Ensure the surface for the adhesive pad or mounting plate is clean and free from grease. Attach the mounting plate using the provided screws. Remove the protective covering from the side of the adhesive pad that attaches to the base of the ChargePort Pro and affix it to the base. Remove the other protective covering and position the unit on the desired surface. Apply gentle downward pressure to ensure good adhesion.
Lanyard Installation
Attach one end of the lanyard to the base of the ChargePort Pro using the provided screw. Attach the other end to the furniture as required.
Finally, insert the supplied power cable into the flying lead and plug it into an appropriate mains outlet. Installation is now complete.
Mains Safety Cutout
The ChargePort Pro is equipped with a 10A safety cutout. If the cutout is tripped, unplug any attached devices, wait 5 minutes, and then press the reset button on the rear. If the cutout continues to trip, unplug the ChargePort Pro and arrange for servicing by an authorized agent.
Qi Foreign Object Detection (FOD)
If a metallic foreign object is placed on the Qi charging pad, the ChargePort Pro will disable wireless charging until the object is removed.
USB Charging Protection
If a faulty device or cable causes a short circuit or draws excessive current, the built-in charger will shut down until the fault condition is rectified.
High Ambient Temperatures
Wireless charging performance may be reduced in high ambient temperatures (above 28°C) and under high load. If wireless charging fails, try relocating the device to a cooler area. Avoid installing in locations exposed to prolonged direct sunlight.
Unapproved Phone Cases
Using phone cases not approved by the phone manufacturer may also affect wireless charging performance. If issues arise, remove the phone from its case before wireless charging.
