DECKED CargoGlide Installation Guidelines
For Chevrolet Silverado EV (2024 - Current)
Important Notes
This document is not a complete installation manual. Always refer to the primary installation instructions provided with the unit for proper installation procedures.
The 2024-current Chevrolet Silverado EV and GMC Sierra EV feature a 400V Lithium-Ion battery located under the cabin, which will not be affected by a CargoGlide installation. Similarly, a high-voltage power cable compartment along the driver's side bed wall remains unaffected, as these components are situated well below the CargoGlide installation drilling locations.
Always use drill stops for CargoGlide installations. The provided graphics illustrating battery and power cable positions are sourced from GM's First Responder information.

Installation Precautions
IMPORTANT: Use actual drill stops set at 1/2" (12.7 mm) depth for each drill bit where indicated. Do not use tape as a drill stop indicator.
Use only the designated CargoGlide mounting points, as shown in the diagram.

Installation Measurements and Reference Points
INSTALL GUIDELINES:
IMPORTANT: Due to OEM manufacturing tolerances and build variance between truck beds, the following measurements are for reference only.
Use the CargoGlide bottom frame as an installation template against the truck bed to confirm proper drill locations and the placement of the plus nuts.
DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS AS DRILL LOCATIONS. THESE ARE REFERENCE POINTS ONLY.
Plusnuts must be mounted in the center of the top of a floor bead.
NOTE: The Chevy EV has a longer "short" bed. The measurements provided are for a centered (front to back) location. The CargoGlide can be shifted slightly front to back according to customer preference.
IMPORTANT: Always verify proper clearance with a closed tailgate, following the installation instructions. Account for any accessories, such as CargoGlide High Sides.
- A measurement of 211 mm from the cabside bulkhead seam to the first set of mounting points on the floor beads. Labeled "USE THESE FLOOR BEADS. Measure 211 mm from the cabside bulkhead seam."
- A measurement of 464 mm from the tailgate floor edge to the second set of mounting points on the floor beads. Labeled "USE THESE FLOOR BEADS. Measure 464 mm from the tailgate floor edge."
- A longitudinal measurement of 1134 mm between the two sets of mounting points.
