In % By Weight 49% 51%

Appearance and Properties: Viscous Milky White Liquids
Odor: Resinous odorAfter it has dried completely, the smell dissipates.
Color: Light Blue (Transparent when completely dry)

Viscosity: 4000-8000 mpa.s Flash Point temperature: Non-combustible Stability: Stability at room temperature 5-35

Storage Notes: Keep the container completely sealed, storage temperature: 10-35 / 50-95. Use within 6 months after opening. Keep it away from light to maintain its physical and chemical properties for quality assurance. High temperatures will shorten the validity period, while temperatures below 10°C / 14may cause crystallization.

2. Necessary Preparations: Preparations: Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses.
Ventilation: Provide normal ventilation and exhaust devices.
Eye protection: Wear protective goggles. If splashing is possible, wear a mask that covers the whole face.
Gloves: The following protective materials are recommended:rubber, -02-

polyvinyl chloride, and composite polyethylene.
Others: Wear appropriate work clothes to avoid skin contamination.
Operating Notes: Pay attention to prevent leakage and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep the air clear and equipped with an eye washer in the workplace.
3. Application Conditions: In Good Weather Conditions: Mulch glue continues to gain strength for 48 hours, so it's crucial to let it dry in good weather conditions: temperatures above 68°F / 20 and humidity below 70%. Since it's water-based, rain can dilute the glue, weakening the bond strength.
Clean & Dry Base: Old stones may be dirty and contain debris, while new stones can have silt deposits from the quarry. Before applying mulch glue, ensure the base material is dry, clean, and free from moisture, mud, oil, or dust. Contaminants can impede the bond between the stones.
Shake Before Use: Before use, please shake the liquid to ensure its uniformity and prevent blockage of the nozzle.
-03-

Suitable Base:
Mulch glue should be applied on a surface with good drainage. Since mulch glue is water-based, prolonged submersion in water (2 days or more) will cause it to break down. Stones saturated with water are vulnerable to a freeze-thaw effect, which can break down their bonds. Therefore, a free-draining and compacted stone base is crucial, providing strength and stability while allowing water to flow through.

4. Instructions for Use:

How to Use:
Dilute use: Pour/Spray. Before pouring/spraying, dilute with at least 10%-50% water. Direct use: Mix Application. Mix directly with dry, clean stones and no dilution required. It is recommended to use a spray-on method for more even and extensive coverage.

Coverage: 1 litre per 35 sq.ft. for spraying/ pouring (Adjusted by mulches & layers), with the option of applying 2-3 thin coats for added strength after allowing the each coat to fully dry for 24 hours. 1 litre per 10KG stones for mix application(Adjusted by stone size), with mixing clean and dry stones and coat evenly.
-04-

Time Limit: Teexpert Mulch Glue typically remains effective for 1 year. It's recommended to reapply after the winter season for added reinforcement.
5. Application Methods: Pour on: Dilute with 10%-50% water and shake well. Apply using a watering can with multiple holes to evenly disperse the mulch glue liquid over the stones. 1 liter per 35 sq.ft. (Adjusted by mulches & layers), ensuring that your stones are evenly coated. Clean the can with flow water promptly after use to prevent nozzle from clogging.
Spray on: Dilute with 10%-50% water and shake well. Apply using an Electric Pump Sprayer for spraying. Non-electric pumps are more prone to clogging during spraying. 1 liter per 35 sq.ft. (Adjusted by mulches & layers)It is recommended to apply 2 or 3 thin coats of mulch glue for the strongest finish for spraying/pouring, allowing each coat to dry for 24 hours before applying the next. Don't over-saturation! Clean the sprayer with flow water promptly after use to prevent nozzle
-05-

from clogging.
Mix Application: Mix with dry and clean stones directly and no dilution required. 1 litre per 10KG stones(Adjusted by stone size). Applying using a drill, paddle or gauging trowel. The mix application method is generally stronger than other methods as it ensures each stone is evenly coated with mulch glue, which can also be neater since here's less risk of splashes on the surrounding areas.
6. Commonly Problems You May Encounter: Mulch Glue does not working well: First, apply the mulch glue in warm (above 68) and dry (humidity below 70%) weather conditions for a continuous period of 3 days, avoiding its use in rainy or high humidity conditions. Second, ensure that the base material is dry, clean, and devoid of moisture, mud, oil, or dust. Finally, apply 2 or 3 thin coats of mulch glue for the strongest finish, allowing the first coat to dry for 24 hours before applying the next.
-06-

Prevent the mulch glue from clogging sprayer/can: 1.For pouring and spraying, dilute the glue with 10%-50% water and
shake well. During use, please spray/pour continuously, or intermittently for no more than 5 minutes at a time, to avoid nozzle blockage. 2.Apply using a Watering Can with Multiple Holes for pouring and an Electric Pump Sprayer for spraying. Consider using a disposable watering can to avoid issues. Non-electric pumps can clog more easily during spraying. 3.Clean the can or sprayer promptly after use to prevent nozzle clogging. 4.If the ambient temperature exceeds 77°F during application, glue drying may accelerate. Dilute with approximately 10% more water is recommended to prevent nozzle blockage.
White/blue residue after drying: Our mulch glue initially appears light blue when sprayed due to light reflection, but it becomes clear after drying. Also, applying the glue too thickly at once may cause improper curing, leading to an opaque color and white/blue residue. We recommend applying multiple thin coats instead. More, extended exposure to standing water from rainfall can also lead to the formation of white residue. Applying the glue in warm, dry weather may resolve it.
Notes for high-traffic areas: For larger high-traffic areas like gravel or sidewalks, thoroughly mix the mulch glue with the objects before application. Avoid spraying the mulch glue, as it may result in uneven or insufficient bonding. Spraying is more suitable for non-traffic decorative areas.
SECTION 2: Description of Necessary First Aid Measures

SECTION 3: Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will it darken the stones / give them a wet look? Mulch glue dries clear (light blue before use) and will not alter or add color to your stones. However, it will enhance the natural color of the stones.
2. Will mulch glue work on rubber mulch? Yes, we do know of plenty of customers who use successfully on clean and dry rubber mulch.
3. How soon after application can it be exposed to rain? The longer the mulch glue is allowed to dry, the better. Ideally, the mulch glue should have 48 hours of good weather conditions to dry, which will yield the best results.
4. How long will mulch glue last on my stones? It would vary based on your usage. A proper application on a well-draining stable base should typically last for 12 months. We suggest replenishing annually or reapply after winter.
5. Will it work if the stones are dirty or silty? No, this contamination will stop a good bond from being achieved between the mulch glue and the stones. We would recommend washing the stones first and allowing them to dry.
6. What is the drying time? Leave the first coat to dry for 24 hours or until fully dry before applying a second coat.
-09-

7. Will stones treated with mulch glue support garden furniture? Yes, the time limit is one year, and and you will need to strengthen the garden again the following year after winter.Mulch glue is applied to fix garden stones and sawdust to prevent garden chaos caused by high winds and heavy rains.
8. How wide an area can mulch glue cover? 1 litre per 35 sq.ft. for spraying/pouring (Adjusted by mulches & layers). 1 litre per 10KG stones for mix application(Adjusted by stone size).
9. Is the product flammable? No, Mulch glue is a water-based product and is not flammable.
10. How long can you keep it? The shelf life of mulch glue is 12 months. Once opened, we would recommend keeping it in a cool, dry storage place and Use within 6 months.
11. Can you use mulch glue on a driveway? You cannot! Mulch glue is not suitable to receive vehicle traffic. It is only used for decoration or on the road with a small number of people walking.
12. What size diameter stone would you recommend for mulch glue? We would recommend between 4mm and 10mm diameter for the best bond, but you can use stones up to 15mm and still achieve good results. Even larger stones can be bonded ifclean and angular, but we wouldn't recommend it for any foot traffic.
13. Does it leave the surface permeable? Mulch glue coats the stones in a thin film, and leaves the stones capable of being penetrated by water as normal.
