Getting Started
1. Download APP
Download the eWeLink app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Power On
Power on the Hub. Plug in the Ethernet cable. Wait for the red LED to flash quickly.
3. Add Hub to App (Ethernet - Recommended)
Open the eWeLink app. Tap the '+' icon to add a device. Select 'All devices', then 'Hubs', and choose 'ZigBee Hub (Ethernet)'. Follow the on-screen prompts. Once the app scans for devices, tap the device named 'eWeLink_******' to add it.
4. Add ZigBee Sub-device
On the app's main screen, tap your 'ZigBee Hub' device. Tap the '+' icon to add a sub-device. The Hub's red LED will stay on, and the green LED will flash quickly. Reset your ZigBee sub-device to enter pairing mode. The app will detect the device within seconds.
Pairing Modes
Quick Pairing Mode
Long press the pairing button until the green LED is solid and the red LED flashes quickly. In the eWeLink app, tap '+' and select 'Quick Pairing'. Follow the app's instructions.
Compatible Pairing Mode (AP Mode)
Long press the pairing button until the green LED is solid and the red LED flashes quickly. Release the button. Press and hold the pairing button again for 5 seconds until the green LED is solid and the red LED flashes slowly. The Hub is now in AP mode. In the app, tap '+' and select 'Compatible Mode' at the bottom.
For Android: Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap 'Next'.
For iOS: Connect your mobile device to the Wi-Fi network named 'ITEAD-******' with the password '12345678', then return to the app and tap 'Next'. Wait for pairing to complete.
Factory Reset
Press and hold the pairing button for approximately 15 seconds. The red and green LEDs will flash simultaneously. Continue holding until both LEDs are solid. Release the button. Wait for the red LED to flash, and the green LED to turn off. The Hub has successfully reset to factory settings.

Physical Components
The hub features a pairing button, a signal indicator (red LED), a signal indicator (green LED), an Ethernet port, and an input power port.
