Before using your Sinbo SCM 2951 for the first time, please follow these steps:

4. First Boil (Cleaning Cycle): Fill the pot with clean water up to the maximum fill line. Plug the appliance into a 230V power outlet. Turn on the coffee maker and allow the water to boil. Once boiled, discard the water. Repeat this process 1-2 times to remove any manufacturing residues.

Follow these steps to prepare traditional Greek or Turkish coffee:

1. Добавьте воды: Fill the coffee maker with cold water. The capacity is 0.4 liters. Do not exceed the maximum fill line to prevent overflow during boiling.
