The MERACH E19 is designed for home use, offering a hyper-quiet magnetic driving system with 16 resistance levels. It features intelligent resistance adjustment via the MERACH App, an adjustable handle for various user heights, and a stable design with a 330 lbs loading capacity.

4. Configurare și asamblare

The MERACH E19 elliptical machine is designed for easy assembly, with approximately 90% of the unit pre-assembled. Most users can complete the installation within 30 minutes by following the included instructions and using the provided tools.

  2. Connect Handlebar Post: Carefully connect the sensor wires and tension cable, then insert the handlebar post into the main frame. Secure it with the appropriate bolts and washers.
  3. Assemble Swing Bars and Pedal Support Tubes: Attach the left and right swing bars to the handlebar post. Then, connect the pedal support tubes to the crank arms on the main frame and the swing bars. Ensure all connections are secure.

5. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

5.1 Pornire/Oprire

The machine typically powers on automatically when you begin pedaling or press a button on the meter. It will power off after a period of inactivity.

5.2 Reglarea rezistenței

The MERACH E19 features 16 levels of magnetic resistance. Resistance can be adjusted manually or automatically via the MERACH App. Bluetooth connectivity allows real-time synchronization of resistance with app-based courses, eliminating the need for manual adjustment during guided workouts.

5.5 Monitorizarea ritmului cardiac

The elliptical machine is equipped with pulse sensors on the handlebars to detect your heart rate in real-time. This allows you to follow up on heart rate changes and control exercise intensity for effective and safe workouts.

6. Întreținere

7. Depanare

  • Fără alimentare/afișaj: Check if batteries in the meter are correctly installed or need replacement. Ensure all sensor wires are securely connected.
  • Zgomot neobișnuit: Inspect all assembly points for loose bolts or components. Lubricate moving parts if necessary. Ensure the machine is on a level surface.
