1. Introducere

3. Configurare și instalare

Before installation, ensure the power supply is disconnected. The CH102 is designed for flush mounting. Carefully follow the wiring diagram provided on the side of the unit for correct connections.

3.1 Instrucțiuni de cablare

Refer to the diagram below for proper electrical connections. Incorrect wiring can damage the unit or connected equipment.

  • Power Supply (AC 100-240V): Connect to terminals 1 and 2.
  • Relay Output (OUT1): Connect to terminals 3 and 4 (Normally Open - NO).
  • Alarm Output (ALM1/ALM2): Connect to terminals 7, 8, 9 (NO/NC).
  • Temperature Sensor Input (Type K Thermocouple or RTD): Connect to terminals 10, 11, 12. Ensure correct polarity for thermocouples.

4. Instrucțiuni de utilizare

The CH102 controller is designed for intuitive operation. The upper display (PV) shows the current process temperature, while the lower display (SV) shows the set target temperature.

4.1 Setarea temperaturii țintă (SV)

  2. Utilizați Up () și Jos () arrow buttons to adjust the target temperature to your desired value.
  3. Apăsați tasta SET button again to confirm the new SV and exit the setting mode. The SV display will stop flashing.

4.2 Accessing Advanced Parameters

To access advanced parameters such as PID settings, alarm configurations, or input type selection:

  1. Țineți apăsat butonul SET button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the display changes to show a parameter code.
  2. Utilizați SET button to cycle through different parameter codes.
  3. Utilizați Up () și Jos () arrow buttons to adjust the value of the currently displayed parameter.
  4. După reglare, apăsați SET to save the change and move to the next parameter, or press and hold SET again to exit the advanced parameter mode.

4.3 Auto-Tuning (AT) Function

The auto-tuning function helps the controller automatically determine optimal PID parameters for your specific heating/cooling system. To initiate auto-tuning:

  1. Ensure the system is at a stable temperature, preferably near the desired SV.
  2. Access the advanced parameter menu (refer to Section 4.2).
  3. Locate the auto-tuning parameter (often labeled "AT" or similar). Set its value to "1" or "ON".
  4. Exit the parameter menu. The "AT" indicator on the front panel will illuminate, and the controller will begin the auto-tuning process. This may involve several cycles of heating and cooling.
  5. Once auto-tuning is complete, the "AT" indicator will turn off, and the controller will operate with the newly calculated PID parameters.
