Operating Your SE-02

The SE-02 offers extensive sound design capabilities through its discrete analog circuitry. It features three voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), each with six selectable waveforms, and temperature-stabilized oscillators for automatic tuning stability. The 24 dB low-pass filter and dual gain-stage amplifier contribute to its rich sound.

Explore unique sonic textures using the three types of cross modulation (XMOD), a feedback loop, and a noise generator. For expanded polyphony, multiple SE-02 units can be connected via MIDI using Chain Mode.

The unit includes 384 preset and 128 user locations for saving and recalling sounds. Its musical and intuitive pattern sequencer features a song mode, allowing for complex melodic and rhythmic arrangements. The 16-step sequencer offers expanded functionality for dynamic performance.
