Attentions

• The installation temperature for the product is preferably 4-40°C.
• To ensure the effluent quality, please use the product with the municipal tap water at normal pressure.
• Do not use the product under intense sunlight, or else parts of the product may become aging easily.
• Do not place heavy objects on the product. Please handle the product with care.
• Children or people with intellectual disabilities should use this product with the accompany of guardians.
• Do not use other parts that are not approved by the manufacturer. If any fault is caused to the product for that reason, the warranty will be terminated.
• Please check whether the product is damaged and the accessories are complete after removing the package.
• In case of any fault, please turn off the inlet valve. Do not use any defective product.
• The produced water flow of this product is affected by water quality and water pressure. When the water quality does not conform to standard and the water pressure is excessively low, the produced water will be less than nominal value.
• This product should be repaired in a brand-authorized repair center. Repair in an unauthorized repair center might cause unsafe consequences.
• This product must be installed or removed by professional personnel. Do not remove or install it at your own discretion.
• Be sure to use the accessories provided by the company, or else the product performance will be affected.
• Keep the product away from heat source or open fire.
• Regularly clean and replace the filter element and ensure the purification of drinking water and the service life of the product.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by professional personnel from manufacturer, maintenance or similar department so as to avoid danger.
• Product has a heating surface, so the person not sensitive to heat (such as diabetic) must be careful and use the product with the help of person in good health.
• When taking out the product from the box, pay attention to separating the complete machine and accessories to prevent the product from breaking and causing losses.
• Keep the product away from stoves to avoid accidental ignition and fire.
• Be sure to power off before disassembling, installing or adjusting any parts of the product.
• Place the product on a stable table when not using it.
• Do not use the product when it happens to be damaged after falling to the ground accidentally.
•  It is forbidden to immerse the water bottle, power cord, power plug or power base in water orother liquids to avoid danger.
• Grasp the safety handle when operating the product. Do not touch the hot cup or the hot steam over flowing from the cup mouth and cup. Do not move the water bottle when water is boiling.
• In case of any problems during use, please pull out the power plug from the socket. Do not pull out the plug with wet hands to prevent electric shock.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or a special component purchased from its manufacturer or maintenance department.
• To avoid electric shock, please do not immerse the product in water or other solutions. When cleaning, do not wash the outside of the cup body against the water, so as to prevent the product from being damaged by water entry or avoid electric shock.
• Do not insert pins, wi res or other items into any gaps or openings in the water bottle and baseto avoid electric shock.
• This product should be stored out of reach of children. Persons (including children) with disabilities (unable to operate the product normally), sensory or mental barriers or lack of relevant experience and knowledge are not allowed to use or play with this product.
• This product can only be used for brewing milk powder, making tea, boiling water, and preserving heat. It can not be used to heat other food (such as laver, eggs, soybean milk, noodles, etc.) beyond its functions, otherwise it may have functional failure. If the water filled to water bottle exceeds the upper mark, boiling water may overflow.
• Do not leave when using the product. Do not let children or persons incapable of self-care touch the product.
• Do not fill water above the upper mark of the cup, so as to prevent boiling water from splashing out and scalding others.
• Do not clean this product with hard foreign objects such as steel wool or corrosive liquid.
• Do not use this product on an inclined and unstable table, and keep it away from the heat source, so as not to damage the plastic parts. Do not approach or place it on any electrical appliances.

Instructions for Operation

Description of touch key functions:
ON/OFF:

1. Short press”ON/OFF”to make the water come out
   When water bottle is fullor watert ankisat a low level,the water will not come out.
2. Long prese “ON/OFF” to run Self-flushing.

Boiling:
Press”Boiling”forheating.When the water boilsor the “Stop Heating”key is pressed, the machine stops heating water.
Hot:
Press”Hot”for heating.When the water temperaturerea ches about 90°Corthe”Stop Heating” key is pressed,the machine stop sheating water.
Warm:
Press “Warm” for heating. When the water temperature reaches about 45°C or the ” Stop Heating” key is pressed, the machine stops heating water.
Keep Warm:
Press “Keep Warm” to make water temperature of the bottle stay in the setting of ” Warm”, “Hot” or “Boiling”. Press the “Keep Warm” again to stop keeping warm.

Attention:

1.  If “Boiling”, “Hot”or”Warm”function is not selected,the”Keep Warm”key is invalid;
2. When you Choose mode of “Boiling”, “Hot”or”Warm” key, the “Keep Warm” will be functioned automatically. If you don’t want to keep the water tempeature, please press the “Keep Warm” again

Reset Filter:

1. You only need to use the “Reset Filter” after changing the the filter. It is used to remind you of filter life.
2. Long Press” Filter Reset” to enter the “Filter Reset Mode” and make the PPC flash. Then short press” Filter Reset” again to switch to the next filter. After selecting the certain filter , long press” Filter Reset”for3s.themachine will beep and the certain filter icon keeps blue. It  means the certain filter is reset successfully.
3. If you forget to long press the” Reset Filter” in the” Filter Reset Mode”, The “filter reset” function fails and the blue light of “Filter Reset” off. The reset filter” mode” will be out after 10s.

Flush:
Power on for flushing: After powered on, the machine will be flushed for 30 s automatically. After flushed for 30s.
Manual flushing: Keep pressing “ON/OFF” to enter manual flushin gmode to wash the machine.

Add Water:
When the level of the water tank is detect ed to beat low level, the” Add Water” icon keeps on to remind change of water.
Notice: 

• When all the filter is great, PPC, Cand RO filter indica tors keep blue;
• When the life time of PPC filter expires, PPC indicator keeps red.
• When the life time of C filter expires, C indicator keeps red.
• When the life time of RO filter expires, RO indicator keeps red.

Description of Parts

Introduction to Filter Element

Note: The service life of filter element is only for reference. The specific service life will be dependent on the quality of local water source.

Instructions for Installation

1. Remove the fiber tape on the water tank of the machine and fill the water tank to the line of 3.5L Max. Then install the water tank on the back of the machine and power on the machine.
2. Notice: Please ensure filling the water near the line of 3.5L as soon as possible but not exceeding the 3.5L. The machine will be flushed automatically for 30s when power on.”ON/OFF” flashes meaning it’s self-flushing.
3. Long pressing “On/OFF” for 3s to flush the machine automatically for 30s (repeat this step 3 times).
4. Press “On” to fill our water bottle and pour the bottled water out until “Add Water” indicator appears. Then fill the water tank again and the machine is ready to work.
   Notice: Water may not flow out smoothly for the first time use, please wait patiently (Reason: there is no water in the post-mounted carbon rod filter. The machine is discharging the air out of machine).
5. Notice: Please use the machine with our water bottle. DO NOT use other water bottles instead.
6. “Warm”, “Hot” and “Boiling” are keys for heating at different levels. When the water in the bottle is at a low level, please do not press the heating keys above and ensure the “Stop Heating” key is on to avoid causing “Dry Burning” Situation and damaging the water bottle.
7. If “Dry Burning” occurs by accident, the interface will display: “Keep Warm” and ” Warm” indicators keep on and “Hot” and “Boiling” indicators flash or the interface displays: ” Keep Warm” and “Hot” indicators keep on and “Warm” and “Boiling” indicators flash.
   Please power off the machine and wait until all the indicators go out.

FAQ 

Q Cant use the remaining water In the tank for the next filtration?

A NO, the remaining water in the water tank after a filtration cycle is NOT unused or non-filtered water but the RO reject water that holds all the containment removed from the raw water. To control the concentration of the RO reject water, once the water level goes below the designed white cylinder in the tank, the filtering process will immediately stop. From the principles of Reverse Osmosis, the RO system gets rid of the dissolved solids (such as dust, heavy metals, microbes, etc.) to produce pure drinking water. To ensure that the dissolved solids do not stay or creep back and contaminate the drinking water, the RO process naturally diverts poor-quality reject water to the drain. To put it short: An RO water purifier NEEDS to produce wastewater to flush the dissolved particles and serve pure, clean drinking water. Besides, the system is Programmed to stop working if you don’t pour out the wastewater. Reusing the RO reject water will cause an accumulation of contaminants that damage the machine and filters.

Q Why does the water flow become unstable or slow?

A There are Limescale build-up in your machine or filters clogged. You can use the “Flush” function 2-3 times to fix the issue. If the “Flush” function doesn’t work, please use the following descaling DIY solutions: Mix up the descaling solution in the water tank, then place it back onto the base. 2. Press “ON/OFF” button and start a filtration cycle. 3. Turn off (Plug out the power cable) the system midway through the cycle, and let it sit and soak for an hour. 4. Pour out the descaling solution. 5. Finally, run three filtration cycles with tap water to rinse the system and remove the odor or taste of the descaling solution. If the sour taste remains, please repeat for a few more rounds until the water tastes clean.

Q Why does the Water leakage occur?

A There are 2 possible reasons for the water leakage issue. 1-The water leak from the bottom place or especially where the wire is. The water tank is not installed correctly, so you need to lift up gently and reposition it correctly (You will hear clicking sound for both side). 2-The water leak from the bottom. The filters are not tightly connected to the filter base on the system, so you need to check if the filters are connected tightly and the buckles are closed tightly.
