The replacement steps are as follows:

  1. Disassemble the entire cube, remove the ball core, and use a small screwdriver to unscrew the 4 screws on the ball shell;QYTOYS-QYSC-S-QY-Smart-Cube-FIG-12 QYTOYS-QYSC-S-QY-Smart-Cube-FIG-13

Troubleshooting

  1. APP cannot detect the cube?
    • Please confirm that the power of the cube is sufficient.
    • Please confirm that the cube is in the awake state. When not connected to the app, the awakened cube will automatically enter the sleep state after 60 seconds.
    • Please confirm that the Bluetooth function and location service of the phone has been turned on and authorized for use.
    • If the cube is connected to other devices, it needs to be disconnected before it can be detected by another device.
    • The cube needs to be reset locally (turning the white face 5 times in a row, or 20 steps) before it can be detected and connected by the new account.
  2. The status of the cube is not synchronized with the APP display?
    • Please confirm that the center pieces on each side of the cube are correct
    • Please reset the cube state through the reset function of the app (reset to the original state/reset to color).
    • When the cube’s battery is low, it will automatically go into hibernation, causing the cube’s status to be unable to sync. Please replace the battery as soon as possible.
