To adjust the temperature of the cabinet, locate the thermostat button at the back or side of the cabinet. Turn the thermostat button clockwise if the temperature is too high or counter-clockwise if the temperature is too low. Start by positioning the thermostat button to figure 5, opposite the hole in the plate. Place a thermometer approximately 100mm (4'') inside the cabinet and check the temperature once it has achieved steady conditions. If the temperature is too warm, turn the thermostat button clockwise. If the temperature is too cold, turn the thermostat button counter-clockwise.
