How do I connect the Infinity RC263 speakers to my amplifier or receiver?
To connect the Infinity RC263 speakers to your amplifier or receiver, you will need a minimum #16-gauge speaker wire with polarity coding. The side of the wire with a ridge or other coding is usually considered positive polarity (+). Follow these steps:
1. Strip the ends of the speaker wire to expose the bare wire.
2. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the back of the amplifier or receiver.
3. Connect the positive (+) terminal of the amplifier/receiver to the corresponding positive (+) terminal on each speaker using the speaker wire. Repeat this for the negative (-) terminals.
4. Ensure that the polarity is correct by connecting the positive (+) terminal of the amplifier/receiver to the positive (+) terminal on each speaker, and the negative (-) terminal to the negative (-) terminal.
