1. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is disabled and remove any Bluetooth device with the name "Q16" from your Bluetooth list.
2. Hold the control buttons on both earbuds for 6 seconds to initialize them.
3. Place the earbuds back into the charging case to ensure they have power.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. The earphones have been successfully linked when they both flash blue at the same time.
5. Activate Bluetooth on your phone, reload the Bluetooth page, and search for "Q16".
