To pair the SOUL X-Shock earbuds with your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the earphones are fully charged by using the charging box before the first-time usage.
2. Take out both earphones from the charging box.
3. Put on the earphones and follow the instruction sequence: Power ON (L&R) > Connected (L&R) > Left Channel (L) > Right Channel (R) > Pairing (L).
4. Open the Bluetooth list on your smartphone and select "SOUL X-SHOCK". You will hear "Pairing successful" and "Second device connected" from the left earphone.
