I have installed the lantern, but the chain is too long for my ceiling height. I would like to know how to adjust the length of the hanging chain to fit my space.
To adjust the length of the hanging chain on the Nuvo 60-4931 Banyon One Light Hanging Lantern, follow these steps:
1. Using two pliers, twist open the links at the two ends of the chain.
2. Hook one link to the top loop of the lantern and the other link to the bottom loop.
3. Close the links securely.
