1. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on the device.
2. Once the handwarmer is turned on, press the power button again to toggle between the available heat settings.
3. The handwarmer has three heat settings: low, medium, and high. Each press of the power button will cycle through these settings.
4. Choose the desired heat level by stopping at the corresponding setting.
5. To turn off the handwarmer, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds again.
