I have been using the garbage can for a while now and the lid is no longer opening automatically. I suspect that the batteries may need to be replaced. Can you provide instructions on how to change the batteries?

1. Make sure the garbage can is turned off and remove any trash or debris from inside.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the back or bottom of the garbage can.
3. Use a screwdriver or coin to open the battery compartment cover.
4. Remove the old batteries from the compartment and dispose of them properly.
5. Insert four new AA batteries into the compartment, making sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
