Why is my smartwatch not connecting to my phone via Bluetooth?

I recently purchased the DAS-4 SL13 Silicone Strap Smartwatch and I am having trouble connecting it to my smartphone via Bluetooth. I have followed the instructions provided in the manual, but the smartwatch is not appearing on the list of available devices on my phone. What could be causing this issue?
