How do I troubleshoot if my VIISAN Document Camera is not being recognized by Microsoft Teams?
I have followed all the steps mentioned in the user guide to connect my VIISAN Document Camera with Microsoft Teams, but it is not being recognized as a video source. I have plugged in the USB cable correctly, signed in to my Microsoft Teams account, and selected the document camera as the video source under the Video tab. However, when I start a meeting, the camera does not show up as an option for video input. What should I do to troubleshoot this issue?
