To set the temperature setpoint on the Penn TC3B22 Basic Defrost Controller, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the keypad is not locked.
2. Tap the SET key on the controller.
3. Within 15 seconds, use the UP or DOWN key to adjust the temperature value within the limits specified as r1 and r2.
