To ensure that your Mobile On-the-Go System is set up correctly and ready to use, follow these steps:
1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet that is not controlled by a light switch.
2. Place the mobile device on the cradle charger. The device should turn on within a few seconds.
3. The LED indicator around the emergency button will illuminate, indicating that the device is powered on.
4. It will take 30-60 seconds for the device to register with the cellular network.
5. Once the device is set up correctly and connects to the cellular network, it will announce "system ready."
6. The LED indicator around the emergency button will illuminate red, indicating that the device still needs charging.
7. It takes up to 3 hours for the device to be fully charged. When fully charged, the LED indicator will change from red to green and remain green until the device is removed from the charging cradle.
