- Verify that the heater band is working (warm to the touch).

- Unplug the cryoICE BOX Orange tube. If the temperature drops to -65°C(-85°F), the exhaust filter may be clogged, and you should return the cryoICE BOX for service.
- If the temperature doesn't drop to -65°C(-85°F) after unplugging the Orange tube at the cryoICE BOX, the CryoProbe may be clogged, and you may need to replace the probe.
