To test your MobileHelp CBS4-01 In-Home Wireless System, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the test button on the base station until it turns green, then release it.
2. The base station will instruct you to press the emergency button or pendant.
3. Press the emergency button or pendant as directed.
4. The base station will announce, "Test Call sent to Emergency Response Center."
If the test was successful, the base station will announce, "Thank you for testing your device." If the test was unsuccessful, the base station will announce, "User auto-test failed, please contact Customer Support."
It is recommended to perform this test regularly to ensure that your system is functioning properly and that help can be summoned in case of an emergency. If you encounter any issues during the test or have any concerns about the system's performance, refer to the customer service number provided in the user guide for assistance.
