#### Setting Up the Device:
1. **Power On/Off:**
- To power on the device, insert the batteries and press and hold the function key for 3 seconds until the green indicator flashes once.
- To turn off or restore to factory settings, press and hold the function key for 5 seconds until the green indicator flashes 20 times.
- Remove batteries to power off the device.
2. **Network Joining:**
- If the device has never joined the network, turn it on to search for the network. The green indicator staying on for 5 seconds indicates a successful join.
- If the device had previously joined a network, turn it on to search for the previous network. The green indicator staying on for 5 seconds indicates a successful rejoin.
3. **Function Key:**
- Press and hold for 5 seconds to restore to factory settings or turn off the device.
- Press once to send a report if the device is in the network.
4. **Sleeping Mode:**
- The device will enter sleeping mode with a maximum interval. It will send a data report when there is a change exceeding the setting value or a state change.
5. **Low Voltage Warning:**
- The device will report low voltage when the battery reaches 3.2V. Replace the battery promptly to avoid inaccurate CO2 data.
6. **Data Report:**
- The device will send a version package report upon powering on and then report device data according to default settings.
7. **Data Detection:**
- When the device is in a network state, the light will flash once after pressing the key, indicating data detection and return.
#### Configuring the Device:
1. **Default Settings:**
- The device has default settings for reporting intervals based on the model.
2. **Calibration:**
- You can calibrate the CO2 sensor using specific commands like CalibrateType. Refer to the manual for calibration methods.
3. **Battery Maintenance:**
- Ensure proper battery activation if required due to passivation. Follow the guidelines provided in the manual for battery activation.
4. **Outdoor Installation and Maintenance:**
- Follow IP65/IP67 waterproof grade standards for outdoor installation. Maintain the device by keeping it dry, avoiding extreme temperatures, and handling it gently.
