Yes, you can add multiple gateways to the same account. There is no limitation. They can be in the same location/Wi-Fi or different locations/Wi-Fi.
The connection process is the same as before. Open the Govee Home App, click the "+" icon, search H5040, and follow the App prompts to connect the gateway to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi there.
