To change the output voltage using the EVKT-8847 MP8847 Evaluation Kit, follow these steps:
1. Connect the EVKT-USBI2C-02 communication interface to your PC using the USB cable provided in the kit.
2. Ensure the hardware setup is correctly configured by connecting the SCL, SDA, and GND wires from the EVB to the EVKT-USBI2C-02 communication interface.
3. Power up the EVB by connecting the load to the VOUT and GND pins, presetting the power supply output to a voltage between 2.7V and 6V, and turning on the power supply.
4. Launch the MPS I2C GUI software on your PC. The software will automatically check the connection to the EVB.
5. If the connection is successful, the address will be displayed in the "Slave Address" section of the software.
6. Click the PartSelect button in the software to select the MP8847 (ensure you have selected the correct device).
7. Use the Register Control menu on the left side of the software interface to adjust the output voltage. Select the desired output voltage value from the drop-down menu.
8. Click the Read button to update the values. The changed information will be displayed on the right side of the software interface.
By following these steps, you can easily change the output voltage of the MP8847 using the EVKT-8847 MP8847 Evaluation Kit and the MPS I2C GUI software.
