The PlasmaPURE AutoClean 1500 unit performs its self-cleaning cycle every 24 hours if it operates continuously. If the fan doesn't run continuously, the self-cleaning cycle will initiate once the fan is energized. If the unit is not operating as expected, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify that all power connections are correct and tight. Reconnect any loose wires as necessary.
2. Ensure that the supply fan is running to initiate operation and check that the orange LED illuminates. If the LED is green and the cleaning cycle is not active (wait a few minutes), contact Plasma Air for further support.
