**Handling and Storage Instructions:**
1. **Storage:** The Anti-HIV Fast Test Kit and its components should be stored appropriately to maintain their effectiveness.
- The kit should be stored at 2~8°C and should not be used beyond the expiration date mentioned on the packaging.
- The foil pouch should not be used if damaged, and the test card should not be opened until ready to perform the test.
- For the Getein1600 kit, if the cartridge is opened, it should be stable within 24 hours once exposed to air. Unused test cards should be used up within 7 days.
- The sample diluent should be stored at 0~30°C with a valid period of 24 months.
2. **Handling Precautions:**
- Do not use the kit beyond the expiration date.
- Do not use the test card if the foil pouch is damaged.
- Do not open pouches until ready to perform the test.
- Do not reuse the test card or pipet.
- Handle all specimens as potentially infectious and follow proper handling and disposal methods as per local regulations.
3. **Sample Collection and Preparation:**
- The test can be used for serum and plasma samples. Different anticoagulants can be used for plasma samples.
- Samples should be free of hemolysis.
- The test should be performed within 4 hours after blood collection.
