The OMEGA HH74K Digital Thermometer has a temperature range of -50 to 1300 degrees Celsius (-58 to 2372 degrees Fahrenheit). To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit readings, please follow these steps as outlined in the user manual:
1. **Power On the Thermometer:** Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
2. **Enter the Setup Mode:** Press and hold the "MODE" button for about 2 seconds until the display shows "SETUP."
