To customize the function buttons on your 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Pro Wireless, follow these steps:
1. **Access 3Dconnexion Settings:** You can access the 3Dconnexion Settings panel via the Menu Button on your SpaceMouse Pro Wireless, 3Dconnexion Home (on your desktop), the icon in your notification area (systray), or the Windows start menu.
2. **Select Device:** The name of the active application will be displayed at the top of the panel. Any setting change is relevant to this application only. The current connection mode and battery level are displayed by the icons below the product image.
3. **Customize Function Buttons:**
- **Buttons Panel:** Within the 3Dconnexion Settings, locate the Buttons panel.
- **Assign Commands:** Press and hold a 3Dconnexion Button to view the button assignment for the current app displayed on the On-Screen Display (OSD).
- **Disable OSD:** If needed, you can disable the OSD function by checking the Disable On-Screen Display option.
- **Assign Quick Macros:** Click on the text in the input field and press the required key or key combination to assign a keystroke or macro quickly.
- **Flyout Window:** Click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the button field to open a flyout window for that SpaceMouse button. Browse or search for commands in different categories and select a command to assign it to the button.
- **Creating Macros:** You can create macros by expanding the Macros category, assigning a name and keystroke sequence, and saving it to the button.
- **Creating Radial Menus:** Similarly, you can create radial menus by expanding the Radial Menu category, assigning commands to sections, and saving the new radial menu to the button.
By following these steps, you can easily customize the function buttons on your SpaceMouse Pro Wireless to suit your preferences and workflow.
