To reset the CP100 Wallmount Control Panel to factory default settings, follow these steps as outlined in the owner's manual:
1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable that is connected to an Ethernet broadband router with Power over Ethernet (PoE) from the CP100 LAN port.
2. Reconnect the Ethernet cable to the CP100 LAN port. When the LED indicator turns red, press and hold the "PLAY/PAUSE" button. Do not release the button.
3. The LED indicator will turn green and then back to red. After about 30 seconds of holding down the "PLAY/PAUSE" button, the LED indicator will blink red.
4. Release the "PLAY/PAUSE" button as soon as the LED indicator blinks red. The factory reset is completed once the LED indicator turns solid blue.
If you release the "PLAY/PAUSE" button at any time before the LED indicator starts flashing red, the factory reset will be canceled, and the CP100 will remain in Upgrade Mode. Simply start the procedure for Factory Reset again if this happens.
