To reset the truVision M Series Varifocal IP Turret Camera, locate the reset button on the camera. Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until you hear a beep sound, indicating that the camera has been successfully reset to its default settings. Please note that resetting the camera will erase any customized settings and configurations, so it should be done only when necessary. Refer to the installation instructions manual for further details on resetting the camera.
