To adjust the heat output and set a timer on the HEATSTRIP Elegance with Remote Control (THE-R), follow these steps:
1. When the heater is plugged in, press the "power" button on the remote control. The power indicator light on the unit will illuminate.
2. Press the function button on the remote control to access the temperature control and timer settings.
3. The remote control allows you to adjust the heat output between High and Low settings. Press the "ON-H" button for High temperature and the "ON-L" button for Low temperature.
4. To set a timer for automatic heater shut-off operation, use the timer function on the remote control. You can choose between 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, or constant ON. Press the corresponding timer button (1H, 2H, 4H) to set the desired time duration.
5. The remote control allows for a combination of multiple timer settings and heat output adjustments. The default operation is continuous operation at full temperature.
6. The remote control operates using the same frequency for all units, enabling multiple heaters to be controlled using a single remote control.
7. Ensure that the remote control is within a straight line distance of over 8 meters for optimal functionality. The distance may reduce when used at an angle.
