1. Check whether the POWER indicator is on. If it's not illuminated, press the POWER button to turn on the amplifier. If the indicator still doesn't light up, try connecting the amplifier to a different power source to determine if the issue lies with the machine or the power supply.
2. Ensure that the VOL xxxx is not set to the minimum volume position. If it is, adjust it clockwise to increase the volume output.
3. Verify that the input device (such as a phone, CD player, etc.) is not on pause, muted, or set to a minimum volume level. Adjust the volume on the input device if necessary.
